1. Academic Requirements

Diploma Programs

  • Completion of Year 12 (or international equivalent)
  • No prior counselling study required

Bachelor of Counselling & Psychotherapy

  • Completed secondary education (Year 12 or equivalent)
  • Minimum ATAR/WAM requirements may apply
  • For international students: Equivalent senior secondary qualification

Graduate Diploma & Master's Programs

  • A completed Bachelor degree in any discipline (psychology, social sciences, or health fields preferred but not mandatory)
  • Some institutions require relevant work or volunteer experience
  • Students from non-related fields may be required to attend an interview

2. English Language Requirements

Most universities and institutes require one of the following:
